In 2014 I decided to channel my lifelong love of skateboarding into launching my own DIY brand called GEAR Skateboards. The website was at the heart of the entire business model, as one of my main goals was to sell our boards directly to customers.
I built the website with WordPress, Elementor Pro, and used WooCommerce for our shopping cart. In addition to handling all incoming orders, including packing and shipping, I also handled all of the social media marketing, and the filming/editing of all of our promotional skate videos.
